I saw an item recently but I can’t find it on your website. How can I order it?
Our products are grouped into seasons, spring/summer and fall/winter. Most of our designs remain constant but the color-ways  can vary from season to season. If there is a particular color you are looking for, first have a look in the online store, if we have some left in stock it will be in the store. If you can’t find it there please feel free to drop us an email at sales@maihandwoven.com to see if the color will be reappearing in an upcoming season. When emailing please try to provide as much info regarding the color and design as possible  to help us track it down for you.

Do you sell your fabrics?
We do not currently sell our fabrics.

What is the best to clean silk?
We recommend dry cleaning. Silks can also be gently hand washed with a very mild washing soap. To maintain the beauty of our hand woven silks and to preserve the natural dyes we recommend not leaving the product in direct sunlight.

Can you send me a catalog?
We do not currently produce a catalog, instead we try to keep our website as up to date as possible with all styles currently offered.

Where are your products made?
We pride ourselves in offering the best eco-friendly handmade products possible. Our products are designed in California and on our travels. Our highly skilled artisans using traditional Laotian methods at our family studio in Vientiane hand make every piece using traditional Lao looms.  

Do you do custom sizes?
We do not offer custom sizes in small numbers. If however you are a retail store who can meet minimum order requirements we may be able to accommodate custom requests. Keep in mind that these are hand made items so there will be a longer turn around time. Please feel free to inquire about custom possibilities.
