Return Policy
All sale items are deemed final sale. No refunds, exchanges or credits on sale items.
Defective products may be returned within 14 days of the date of receipt for credit or refund in accordance with the following:
Returned merchandise must be in original condition, and must be unwashed, unused and accompanied by the original Mai Handwoven, Inc. sales receipt. Please write on the receipt the reason for your return, or, if you prefer to make an exchange instead, which item you are requesting in exchange. Products purchased from any of our retailers must be returned with said retailer.
Return for Refund
If you return merchandise for a refund within 14 days of delivery, the refund will be processed and credited to the same account to which your purchase was originally billed. Please allow up to two billing cycles from the date on which your merchandise is received by us for your account to be credited.
Return for Exchange
Defective products may be returned for exchange for products of equal or lesser value.
Products returned more than 14 days after the date of receipt are eligable for store credit only. The product credit will be issued for the value of the merchandise purchased, not including any cost of shipping (shipping is non-refundable).
Address to Use for Returns
Returned products must be shipped using a service that provides a tracking number and verification signature ( i.e. Fedex, UPS, or USPS registered mail). All shipping charges must be prepaid, we will not accept COD returns. Mai Handwoven is not responsible for packages shipped without tracking.

We reserve the right to alter minor details of the products featured on this site. Accordingly, products shipped to you may differ slightly from those depicted on this site. All items are handmade and will differ slightly from item to item.
Please remember that some of our products may show differences in color or texture that do not necessarily indicate defectiveness. Such differences are inherent in the manufacturing of hand made products.
