Rates and Delivery Specifications

SHIPPING WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES
We currently offer delivery within the continental United States through two services: UPS Ground Services and FedEx Standard Overnight Next Day Air (Next Business Afternoon). FedEx Standard Overnight is only available Monday through Friday*; all online weekend orders will be sent out on Monday, for Tuesday delivery. For FedEx Overnight Deliveries, your order MUST be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00PM (ET) or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

*Overnight delivery orders placed on Thursday after 12PM (ET) through Friday 12PM (ET) will arrive on Monday. Overnight delivery is currently NOT available to international destinations, Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Alaska, Hawaii, or APO addresses.

SHIPPING TO CANADA
We currently do not offer overnight delivery service to Canada. We ship to Canada via USPS Airmail Parcel Post. Please allow ten days from the date your order was placed as delays are common when shipping to Canada due to handling of duty and GST. Mai Handwoven is not responsible for duties or customs fees.

SHIPPING TO GUAM, PUERTO RICO, U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS, ALASKA, HAWAII, OR APO ADDRESSES
For shipments to Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Alaska, Hawaii, or APO addresses our standard method of shipping is via First Class mail through the United States Postal Service (USPS). For these orders, add $8.00 to the UPS column in the shipping and handling chart above. Orders shipped via USPS take approximately 2-3 weeks for delivery (with possible customs delays) and are non-trackable.

SHIPPING TO LOCATIONS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES
**Please be aware that you will be responsible for all additional duties and taxes applicable to shipments of merchandise to locations outside the United States in accordance with our terms conditions.**

Delivery Time
We generally ship in-stock items from our warehouse within two business days, unless otherwise indicated. Please consider this packing time when selecting your shipping method. Also remember to NOT include weekends or holidays in calculating the estimated transit time for your shipment.

UPS GROUND shipments have a delivery range of 3-7 business days, based on your location.

Tracking your order
When we ship your order, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Use this number as a reference to track your order. If you have questions about your order, please e-mail us at sales@maihandwoven.com.

Shipping Addresses
You can select to send a package to ship with:
"Billing Address"—the same address as the billing address on your credit card. This information must be correct in order for your order to be processed.
"Shipping Address"—use as an alternate address for you or use this option to ship purchases to other locations (for example, gift recipients).
